Greenleaf Envirotech Limited is a Surat-based company providing comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and turnkey solutions for Wastewater Treatment (WWT) projects, including Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs).
Key Details:
Core Business: Offers end-to-end services from design to operation & maintenance for WWT projects. Also provides environmental laboratory consulting and fire safety services.
Project Portfolio: Has completed projects worth over ₹66 crore in the last three years. As of May 31, 2025, it was managing 17 active WWT projects.
Robust Order Book: A strong future revenue pipeline valued at approximately ₹54 crore as of May 31, 2025.
The Net Proceeds from the Issue will be utilised towards the following objects:
Funding of capital expenditure of our Company towards purchase of civil machines and equipments for an amount of ₹1.86 crores.
Funding of capital expenditure of our Company towards purchase of laboratory equipments for an amount of ₹0.35 crores.
Repayment or prepayment, in full or in part, of borrowings availed by our Company from banks, financial institutions and non-banking financial companies for an amount of ₹1.35 crores.
Funding working capital requirements of our Company for an amount of ₹9.00 crores.
General corporate purposes for an amount of ₹2.66 crores.
