    Objects of the Mittal Sections Limited IPO (in ₹ Crores)

    The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Issue for the following objectives:

    1. Capital Expenditure for Expansion:
      ₹20.888 Crores will be allocated for the acquisition of land, construction of a factory building, and the purchase of new plant and machinery. This investment directly supports the company's planned capacity expansion.

    2. Meeting Working Capital Requirements:
      ₹15.0 Crores will be used to fund the company's ongoing working capital needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting business growth.

    3. Repayment of Secured Borrowings:
      ₹5.0 Crores is earmarked for the full or partial repayment of certain outstanding secured loans. This will reduce the company's debt burden and associated interest costs.

    4. General Corporate Purposes:
      The balance of the net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, a standard category to address unforeseen expenses and opportunities in the normal course of business.
