Scaled and Integrated Logistics Operations: The company operates as a fully integrated logistics provider with services spanning freight forwarding, customs clearance, air freight, door-to-door multimodal coastal forwarding, road transport, and rail transport. With a pan-India presence supported by the head office and nine branch offices, the company ensures nationwide reach and service continuity.

Dependency on Port Traffic: The company’s cargo handling and multimodal operations depend heavily on container traffic at major ports such as Kandla, Mundra, Pipavav, Hazira, Mangalore, Cochin, Chennai, Tuticorin, Kattupalli, and Vizag. Any decline in traffic, slower-than-expected growth, or social, political, economic, or geological disruptions in these regions could negatively impact business performance.

High Customer Concentration Risk: A significant portion of revenue comes from a limited number of customers, creating concentration risk. The loss of any major customer or a reduction in business volume may adversely affect revenue and cash flows. Additionally, the absence of long-term contracts with several customers increases uncertainty in future business visibility.
