Company Overview
Incorporated in 2010, Dhara Rail Projects Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company providing maintenance, repair, and electrical services for railway rolling stock systems in India.
Core services include AMC and repair of train lighting systems (including Vande Bharat), OHE maintenance vehicles (Tower Wagons), power car equipment, and HVAC systems in trains.
Also undertakes Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of electrical equipment for all types of rolling stock and provides outsourced coach operation and troubleshooting services.
Operates primarily with the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, through direct tenders and collaborations with OEMs.
Has a diversified pan-India order book of approximately ₹14,409.81 lakh as of September 29, 2025.
IPO proceeds will be utilised for debt repayment (₹7.00 cr), working capital requirements (₹28.00 cr), and general corporate purposes.
