About Company
Incorporated in 2017, Shayona Engineering Limited operates in precision castings, machining, dies & moulds, industrial automation, heavy fabrication, casting, forging, reverse engineering, and turnkey machinery projects.
Delivers customised precision castings in special grades, ranging from a few grams up to 3 metric tons in a single piece.
Operates from three locations in Vadodara, Gujarat, equipped with advanced, technology-driven machinery enabling accurate engineering solutions and prompt after-sales support under one roof.
Product portfolio includes tubular conveying systems, die head trolleys & mixing machines, CNC/VMC machined components, heavy metal fabrication, and process automation equipment.
As of August 24, 2025, the company employs 20 people.
IPO proceeds will be used for working capital requirements (₹9.00 cr) and general corporate purposes.
