About Company
Established in 2015, Manilam Industries India Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of decorative laminates, along with the trading of plywood products.
The Company has introduced multiple laminate collections such as Artistica, Vogue, Dwar, and Magnificent, and later expanded its portfolio with collections like Chromatic Tales, Flute, ECP, Wood & Veneer, and Wall Cladding. These offerings are designed to meet the needs of both residential and commercial spaces, providing diverse designs, textures, and finishes.
Apart from laminates, the Company trades in plywood across various grades and sizes, primarily catering to industrial and commercial customers.
Its manufacturing facility is situated at Village Manda, Bhojipura Nainital Road, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, spanning approximately 20,650 square meters. The business operates on a B2B model, where distributors place orders directly with the manufacturing unit.
To strengthen market presence and customer interaction, the Company has set up Experience Centres in key cities such as Bangalore, Delhi, and Chennai. In Bangalore and Chennai, these centres function alongside Service Depots, integrating product display, inventory storage, dispatch operations, and customer support under one roof. This model enables customers to explore product ranges, receive design guidance, and execute orders efficiently.
Strength
Weakness
Changing Design & Customer Preferences Risk: Frequent shifts in designs, patterns, and customer tastes—especially in textured laminates—may impact demand. Failure to adapt to evolving preferences could adversely affect sales and business performance.
Potential Conflict of Interest:Promoters, Directors, Subsidiary, and certain Group Companies may engage in similar businesses, particularly in laminates and plywood. This may lead to conflicts during strategic or operational decision-making.
Limited Control over Experience Centres: The Delhi and Chennai Experience Centres are operated by the Corporate Promoter, not directly by the Company. This limits operational control and may affect customer engagement and brand management.
