Master Components Limited is engaged in manufacturing plastic engineering components and subassemblies. The company has in- house manufacturing plant for the complete end to end process located at D-10A and D-10B, M.I.D.C, Ambad, Nasik -422010, Maharashtra.
The company is a International Automotive Task Force (IATF)- 16949-2016 certified and also ISO 9001:2015 certified for Quality Management and believe in improving each day.
Master Components specialization and primary activity is moulding the materials to produce its components. Following are list of our services:
- Thermoplastic Injection Moulding
- Thermoset Injection Moulding
- Thermoset transfer moulding
- Compression Moulding
All the moulding takes place at company facility on machines which has a capacity ranging from 60-450 tonnes and Master Components mould products ranging from 1gm to 1500gms.
As on 31 March 2023, the company has on-payroll employee strength of 25 persons.
