About Company

Incorporated in 2018, iWare Supply Chain Services Limited is a pan-India integrated logistics company offering comprehensive supply chain management solutions across key Indian states including Gujarat, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi. The company provides a broad range of services such as warehousing—through third-party logistics (3PL) and carrying & forwarding agent operations—transportation, rake handling, business auxiliary services, and rental income, ensuring reliable and efficient service delivery across sectors like FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, and e-commerce. iWare operates an extensive logistics network, including a growing fleet that expanded from 15 vehicles in FY2022 to 47 vehicles by January 2025, comprising 15 units of 22-feet open-body trucks and 32 units of 32-feet containers. Additionally, the company operates over 100 BCN rakes annually, transporting approximately 220,000 metric tons of goods, and boasts a robust road transport capability with 500 company-owned trucks and access to 10,000 more through partnerships. With flexible transport offerings including Full Truck Load (FTL), Half Truck Load (HTL), and containerized solutions, iWare delivers tailored logistics services to meet diverse customer needs nationwide.

Strength

Pan-India Presence – Extensive network across key states enables broad coverage and seamless service delivery.

Comprehensive Logistics Solutions – End-to-end offerings from warehousing to transportation and auxiliary services provide a one-stop supply chain solution.

Integrated Multimodal Transport – Combination of road fleet and rail (BCN rake) operations ensures efficient, flexible, and cost-effective goods movement.

Weakness

Customer and Industry Dependence – Heavy reliance on key industries and select customers, including Promoter Group Companies, poses revenue concentration risks.

Third-Party and Market Dependence – Dependence on third parties for vehicle acquisition and vulnerability to fuel price fluctuations may impact operations and profitability.

Seasonal Variability – Business operations are subject to seasonality, potentially causing significant fluctuations in financial performance.
