Human Resource:

Strength
Strong Focus on Quality Assurance: The company follows ISO 9001:2015 standards with a skilled engineering and quality team, advanced testing lab, and continuous product improvement to ensure top performance and reliability.
Established Customer Relationships: Long-term ties with key clients have led to repeat business and strong customer retention, giving the company a competitive edge in attracting new customers.
Efficient Manufacturing Setup: Three plants located in Pune, Dewas, and Hoshiarpur are strategically positioned near major clients, reducing logistics costs and enabling on-time delivery with high operational efficiency.
Weakness
No Finalized Machinery Purchase Agreements: The company has not yet signed agreements for machinery purchases worth ₹540 lakhs. Delay in procurement or cost overruns due to expired quotations or price inflation may impact operations and expansion plans.
Lease Dependency for Key Facilities: The Dewas manufacturing unit and Mumbai registered office are on lease. Non-renewal or termination of these leases could disrupt operations and lead to increased costs for relocation.
