Wide Product Portfolio & End-to-End Solutions: Offers 2,900+ SKUs under CP PLUS and Dahua brands, including CCTV systems, AI-based analytics, access control, software solutions, and accessories — catering to diverse security needs across sectors.

Strong Technology & Manufacturing Partnerships: Collaborates with tech partners to deliver custom solutions and has expanded manufacturing capabilities through a joint venture with Dixon Technologies, whose stake was acquired in September 2024.

Weakness

Dependence on Core Surveillance Products: Over 78% of revenue in FY 2024 came from sales of CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and PTZ cameras. Any drop in demand—due to new surveillance technologies, heightened competition, or regulatory changes—could significantly hurt sales and margins.

Limited Supplier Base Risk: The company sources critical components (chips, lenses, PCBs, sensors) from a small pool of domestic and foreign suppliers. Interruptions in their supply chains—or their suppliers’—could disrupt production and negatively impact financial results.

Single-Facility Operational Exposure: All manufacturing takes place at one facility in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. Local disruptions (political unrest, natural disasters, regulatory changes) could halt production, harming operations, cash flows, and profitability.
